Get your tickets! ONE US Stop on The Casual Vacancy Book Tour

*UPDATE: 9/11/12: From the venue, "J.K. Rowling In Conversation With Ann Patchett is now SOLD OUT.  Please be advised that there will not be a cancellation line, refunds or exchanges.  Thank you!"
*************************************************************************************************************

JK Rowling will make ONE appearance in the US on her book tour for her 512-page book, The Casual Vacancy. She will discuss her new, and first title for adults, at New York's Jazz at Lincoln Center on October 6th. The venue can hold 1,100 people.

Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis starting September 10th!

Rowling will be interviewed on stage by fellow author Ann Patchett and will take "select" audience questions. She will sign copies of The Casual Vacancy for each audience member.

Ticket prices range from $37 when purchased from Lincoln Center to $44 when purchased online. They are also available by phone for $43. I've read someplace (and of course I can't find it now} that the price includes the book. PLEASE don't quote me, but ask if you're ordering tickets.

The Casual Vacancy is set to release on September 27th and is available for pre-order
.

Happy reading and I beg you for details if you are able to see Jo in person. PLEEEEEZE.
Talk to you soon,
Angela

  1. Ack! I'd love to go to that. Too bad I live all the way on the other side of the country.
